I’ve tried this in WindowsXP, I don’t know if it works in other Windows versions
- Start Notepad
- go to File/Open
- instead of a filename, type a URL, e.g. “http://www.google.com”
- say Aaaaahhh 😉
This works with all file open dialogs, it doesn’t have to be Notepad
